DraftWise, Cohere Partner to Boost AI Legal Workflows
DraftWise, an AI-powered contract and negotiation platform for lawyers, announced a new collaboration with Cohere, a leading security and data privacy-focused enterprise AI company. The cooperation will enable DraftWise to run critical generative AI and agentic workflows within Cohere's enterprise AI suite, driving performance improvements.
Consistent with DraftWise's commitment to accuracy, the company selected Cohere because it integrates with DraftWise's core technology, enabling lawyers to access relevant deal history. As many have learned in their generative AI experiments over the past year, the information retrieval component in an AI application is often the weakest link. Therefore, AI application providers need a strong AI Agent model that understands context. Cohere has been recognised for its excellent agent performance across high-value practical solutions. This will further refine retrieval accuracy, working with DraftWise's proprietary models to deliver high-quality results.

Cohere's enterprise AI suite supports end-to-end RAG systems, which have become a foundational building block for enterprises adopting Large Language Models (LLMs) and customising them with their proprietary data, as DraftWise has done. The companies are also exploring ways to work together, leveraging additional AI tools from Cohere.
